Comments: The basement area beyond the cage is not to be used for any food service storage, with the exception of the one shelf immediately to the left that has a wall and ceiling put up. The walkin freezer that is not working has a rusted entry and the door does not close properly. If the unit is going to be put in service it must be properly cleaned and the entry must be repaired such that the door closes and the floor is smooth and easily cleanable. 2 staff reportedly attended the December servsafe class. Documentation must be provided to our office.
