Comments: No violations were observed at either the Concessions Tent or at the Concessions Tent or at the Larry Lodge, both of which were part of the Bobsled World Cup Food Event. Operator was advised to record temperatures of potentially hazardous hot and cold foods for food events so as to have written documentation of measures taken to assure food safety if questions potentially develop at a future date. By doing this, operator was told that this would serve as proof that measures had been followed to protect public health and would be available for review by all interested parties.
