Comments: Chicken was 140 degrees F. One of two digital food probe thermometers was not working. It appears that the Nonworking thermometer needs a new battery. DOH would like to conduct a safe food handling and sanitizing training session with the various volunteers of the Community Lunch program. Please contact our office to schedule a training. If the training could be held in April that would be great. The permit for the Community Lunch Program is currently issued to Patricia Jorgenson. During the inspection, DOH was informed that Ms. Jorgensen is no longer residing in Lake Placid and is no longer responsible for the program,. A new permit will need to be issued to the responsible party. A permit renewal application will be emailed.
