Per interview with staff they were placed there at 8:15 am. Temperatures were measured at 8:45am to be 67-90 °F and retaken 9:00 am and found to be 100-109 °F staff turned the unit up between measuring and ultimately it could no be determined if it would reheat within 2 hours and it was placed on the stove top for rapid reheating. Reheating on the stovetop prior to placing the soups in the steam kettles is strongly recommended. |
