Sanitizing solution is prepared for use in multiple locations. Discussed replacement of sheet trays; trays are becoming hard to clean as a result of overuse. Discussed removal of equipment no longer in use. MCDOH to provide facility with a new choking poster. Contractors are scheduled to repair/replace floor in chicken preparation area this evening. |
