I threw the can out (with their permission) and they cleaned the shelf. 8A: Found one open box of elbow macaroni that was not in a sealed plastic container. 9C: Food prep workers were not wearing the required hair restraints. 12D: The ladies room waste container needs to have a permenant lid on it. 15B: Two fluorescent lights in the kitchen have no shield over them. They must be shielded.
