Comments: Temperatures in the avantco refrigerator were marginally acceptable. If the thermostat needs to be lowered or the unit needs to be serviced, please do so. The cheese, per interview with the cook, is used for sandwiches that do not get cooked, and scrambled whole eggs are stored int he bay adjacent in the top of the deli cooler. It is strongly recommended that they be moved.
