Comments: At time of the inspection, concession stand was closed. Menu consisted of cheese and pepperoni pizza from a local restaurant(held in thermal bags), pre-packaged snack, soft drinks, and coffee with non-dairy creamer. Per interview with operator, concession stand operated with a food grade thermometer that measured from 0 to 220 degrees F. Refrigeration unit for raw protein (hot dogs) had a thermometer to evaluate refrigeration. Bleach sanitation was used and chlorine sanitation test strips were available to evaluate chlorine concentration. A three bay sink was available and disposable gloves were used to reduce accidental bare hand contact. | ||
