Notes: - Facility observed satisfactorily completing the speciality pizza hot holding waiver procedures. - Facility uses Sweeney's for pest monitoring. Reminder that a certified applicator must be used for all applications of pesticides. - Discussion regarding par-cooking of chicken wings. - Facility given CPR brochure, handwash stickers and on 12/27 a new chocking poster.
