Staff state just made an order and had it out of cooler for service. Education provided. All cold held temperatures ok. Discussed fish tank equipment and shelves. Must keep all fish tank equipment and handling of this fish related apparatus separated and out of kitchen. Be sure proper hand washing being done after handling. |
