Cheese had been out over two hours and was discarded by the operator. Item 5D not corrected: Observed aprox. 30 assorted salads containing chicken, meatballs, tuna, cheese, grain salads, potatoes, etc. on bottom two shelves of grab and go unit from 48 to 53 degrees F. The salads were in unit less than two hours and were brought to the freezer during the inspection for rapid chilling. BOH Action to follow.
