Comments: Complaint: Spoke with the operator George regarding the complaint. George stated that he believes the person who rented the garage behind his facility made the complaint. George stated that DEC also came to the complex prompted by a complaint. Grease trap inside the facility does not appear to be overflowing. George states that he has not had a plumbing issues lately. Grease dumpster behind the facility is heavily soiled with grease on the exterior as well as on the ground around the dumpster. Must have grease dumpster area cleaned and maintained. All violations to be corrected by 5/24/17. Please send a list of each violation and the corrective actions taken by 5/24/17. Operator completed waiver request at time of inspection and supplied to inspector.
