The wood and synthetic cutting boards were in disrepair. There were numerous cuts in the surfaces of the cutting boards. There was no water coming from the left side faucet of the handwashing sink at the bar. There was no water line connected to that faucet. The drain hoses of the soda guns run into the plate cooler basins, not into a proper drain line. The lights over the middle of the bar area were not shielded. There were several plugs missing from the ceiling of the walk-in cooler. There was spillage of meat blood in the Frigidaire freezer. Some foods in the freezer appear to be freezer burned. Aluminum foil used to line the shelves of the storage unit to the left of the doorway entering the mechanical room. The shelved were used for the storage of plates and other items. The lights over the center prep table in the kitchen were not shielded. The interior of the beer walk-in cooler had food debris and spillage. The ceiing of the beer walk-in cooler had some areas where paint is worn off. The self closing hinges of the ladies restroom door were not properly adjusted. The door was not closing properly. No CPR kit was provided with the appropriate signage as required. |
