Comments: gloves in use throughout facility; discussed frequent changing of gloves with food workers McDonald’s has a hand wash policy alarm goes off every half hour and all employees are reminded to wash their hands Discussed recent Complaint regarding fresh burgers not being cooked enough; burgers are red in center; the General Manager has already discussed the issue with SCDOH burgers are cooked well above158 however center still is pink; burgers at time of inspection were 173F manager on duty states that they have increased the final temperature to well above the required 158F however they are still receiving complaints According to the manager on duty the individual mentioned in the complaint with gloves on using cell phone was another manager who he admits did have gloves on at time of phone use but is well aware of proper glove use and removes them after contact with the phone
