Currently Red Roof Inn is only providing food service for their continental breakfast, which consist of cereal, milk, juice, coffee and doughnuts. OCHD instructed manager to discard the spoiled food items from within the walk-in cooler and kitchen refrigerator and to clean both units. Observed a large mound of ice on the floor of the walk-in freezer which was created by water leaking from a condenser unit inside. Instructed manager to have the walk-in freezer serviced. Instructed manager to contact OCHD after a new cook is hired and the kitchen reopens. |
