All food and single use items in basement will be moved to cabinet or placed in protected area (not under sewer line). After closing for the season the operator will paint particle board walls and shelving in Spencer's Ali. Operator will replace floor around toilet in Spencer's Ali with a smooth and easily cleanable material. Item from last inspection: Floors behind bar and in back room are finished and water resistant. They appeared to be unfinished wood.
