Comments: Complaint Visit - complaint says the restaurant smelled of sewage. 9/29/2017 - Spoke with Manager, Jim. Wednesday night at closing the drain in the hallway near mens room had sewage backup. Crew stayed until midnight trying to clear out the issue and clean it up. They were able to clean out a lot of it but the problem still remain. Thursday morning, before 7:00 AM, Jim phoned ownership and let them know problem was still present, and needed to call a plumber. Aquajet out of Williamsville came out in the morning and stayed most of the afternoon uintil 2:00 correcting problem. 3:00 PM the restaurant reopened and the problem and cleaning were taken care of. As of Friday morning, 9/29/2017, restaurant is clean with not standing sewage and no smell of previous issue. Sewage backup was contained to bathrooms and two drains located in hallway and dining areas. Complaint has been taken care of and complaint serviced.
