Two lights in the kitchen are missing the end caps on the plastic shields. The choking poster is missing. Inspector will bring one to the facility. Inspector discussed the ill food worker policy and glove use policy with the manager. The ill food worker policy is posted on their bulletin board. Manager states she will review these policies with the workers. Gloves were observed being used and employees were changing them and washing their hands at the time of inspection. There were no ill workers observed during the inspection. The men's restroom had water on the floor and this was corrected immediately by mopping. The inspector discussed the designation of a sink for dumping the chicken blood in instead of dumping in the mop sink. Temperatures were taken for hot and cold holding: Fried chicken 157F, Mac n cheese 158F, Mashed potatoes 142F, Popcorn chicken 150F, Cicken tenders 181F, Hot wings 149F, Taco meat 180F, Rice 145, Chicken for tacos 153F, Chopped tomatoes 43F, and Coleslaw 34F. |
