One sink's cold handle is broken and employees have to use a tool to turn it off and on. The insides of the coolers by the grill are dirty. Cold temperatures on the buffet were Potato salad 42F, Pico 44F, and Coleslaw 40F. Discussed the ill foodworker policy with the manager. |
