A free chlorine residual was taken from cold water tap at the three bay sink in the kitchen area and was observed to be 1.0. 2. Discussed complaint that Glens Falls District Office received on 1-29-2019 with owner, Dominic, and manager, Joe, relating to glove usage and proper cleaning/sanitizing of utensils. Discussed proper glove usage with both parties, including changing gloves whenever they are soiled with thorough hand washing in between. Also discussed whenever utensils are soiled or have come into contact with anything contaminated, such as the floor, that the utensil is to be washed, rinsed, sanitized, then air dried in that order. 3. Facility is currently using a food log in adherence with their waiver for Time as a Public Health Control, operator expressed interest in changing the accountability system to a white board. Provided that portion of waiver at time of inspection. 4. Facility currently has a choking poster, but it should be hung conspicuously for patrons to see.
