Ensure facility is of adequate cleanliness, lacks harborage areas and points of entry.; Ceiling discoloration.; Routine cleaning and setup of a cleaning schedule.; Walk-in refrigerator setup with the wood board is only permitted for temporary use until a more acceptable setup is put into place.; Elimination of bare wood.; Facility to be shut down for a brief period of time in January to give the facility a thorough cleaning and replace equipment. Ensure all equipment, which are replaced, are commercial grade and NSF approved or equivalent.; Flooring upgrade in the kitchen.; Operator testing a new sanitizer product by Viking Pure with the operator will add a bottle of salt to the top container and it will generate a salt based solution for both washing/degreasing surfaces and sanitizing surfaces.
