Comments: Spoke with Melissa - the Health Dept received a complaint that on 7-6-2018 at approx 5 pm an employee (tall, thin younger male with blonde hair) was observed making a salad with his bare hands. Cautioned Melissa in regards to using gloves/no bare hand contact with processed ready-to-eat foods, and left brochure on same with Melissa. Also - re-inspected bare floor in back kitchen - 9 new 12” X 12” floor tiles have been installed to correct the issue.
