Comments: Sauce with meatballs was being reheated in the steamer. After 1 1/2 hours the temperature was 125F, so the cook placed tbe meat sauce in a pan directly on the stove and heated to 165F and placed back on the steamer. Ice scoop was stored improperly laying in the ice. This was corrected by removing and sanitizing before reusing and storing handle up in the ice. Hobart cooler door seal is falling apart. Certified food handler certificate is not available. Choking poster needs placed in dining area. Sanitizer for wiping clothes was not available. This was corrected by making a solution up. Discussed ill food worker policy.
