All cold and hot holding temperatures were found to be acceptable. The menu was reviewed at the time of inspection. Temperature log was reviewed. Procedures for reciept of food that is out of temperature were discussed. mashed potatoes - 154 °F, fish- 169 °F.

The fish arrived at approximately 10:45 am in a covered insulated container within a covered metal container with the temperature measured at 11 am to be 157 degrees F. The meal was served at 12:00pm and the temperature was 140 degrees F. Potatoes were 154 degrees F with doh thermocouple and 163 deg. F upon arrival.
