A new mechanical dishwasher was installed: GE Model: GSC3500D45BB. During the inspection it was unclear if the dishwasher reaches temperatures that properly sanitize the items it washes. If the dishwasher unit does reach sanitizing temperatures please provide documentation of these specifications for this model to our office. If it does not reach sanitizing temperatures, the facility needs to implement a separate sanitizing step, followed by air drying of the dishes, following being run through the dishwasher. | ||
