Comments: Kitchen odered closed by Office of Fire Marshall, Town of New Castle because it was not code complaint with New York State Fire Code 2015 on December 17, 2018.Toured kitchen and bakery(used for passover) at re-inspection with Robert Bancroft( Fire Marshall, Department of Building, Town of New Castle) and Mr Fogel(Maintenance Manager). Conference call with Mr Bauer and Mr Pollak, at which time all parties agreed to an office conference which will take place on December 20, 2018 at 10am at WCDOH, 25 Moore Avenue, Mount Kisco, NY 10549. Red and blue violations cited on 12/10/18 inspection report still not corrected. Discussed submitting plans before renovation/remodelling work commences. Facility does not have fire protection as the ANSUL system has been condenmed and major duct work is required. | ||
