SOME FAINT RESIDUAL ODOR IN BASEMENT AREA AND BASEMENT UTILITY ROOM HOUSING ELECTRICAL BOX. STAIRWAY WALL, STAIRWAY CARPET, AND BASEMENT UTILITY ROOM TO BE REPAIRED AS SOON ASAP. INSURANCE CONTACTED.
