Discussed procedure for preparing meatloaf. Per worker, meatloaf is baked for 1 and a half hours, and then evaluated for temperature. Per worker, meatloaf was not at adequate temperature after initial cook time, so it was placed back in oven for approximately 15 minutes, after which it reached an internal temperature of 165F. Food workers were observed wearing hairnets or hats and using food service gloves when handling ready-to eat foods. Handwashing sink basin at entrance to kitchen was wet, indicating use. |
