Comments: Inspection conducted Saturday afternoon during WheelDays. Hot turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes, burgers, sausages, hot dogs, zuchini stew; hot holding temps adequate throughout, 144-170F. Cold holding macc salad observed 44F. Hand barriers utilized throughout. Fod workers wear hair restraints in the kitchen. Cold holding baked beans observed in the walk thru at 44F. Thermometers are iinstalled throughout, including in the milk refrigeration unit. The floor of the service counter and kitchen has been recently cleaned. Cabinets have been recently cleaned out. Discussed with workers that if the table mounted canopener is no longer used, then it should be removed from the diner. Staff and volunteers are complimented for cleaning and improvements made.

Two product stem food thermometers evaluated for accuracy at time of inspection. Discussed that prior to operation, facility requires thorough cleaning including but not limited to removal of spider webs, and wiping down of shelving.
