Please continue with finishing the pizza box storage room and trim around doors and windows in the kitchen.

Comments: Food temperatures measured in top section of the pizza prep refrigerator were acceptable, but marginal (sausage, ham diced tomatoes were 45° to 46° F). Deil turkey in coke refrigerator was 40° F. Recommend that you turn the thermostat on this unit to a colder setting. The facilities food probe thermometer was accurate when checked in an ice water bath. This facility does no cooling. Chicken wings are purchased pre-cooked. This restaurant is primarily for takeout orders.
