Comments: The dishwasher which was not in use at the time of inspection did not have any sanitizer in it. there was no additional containers of sanitizer on site. An additional sanitizing step must be performed in the 3 bay sink in the basement until more sanitizer is purchased for the dishwasher. There is no dedicated handwash sink in the kitcehn. Only the sink to the spray wand at the prewash for the dishwasher and in the bathroom off the kitcehn. A dedicated handwash sink with handsoap and papertowels in a convenient location is recommended.

Milk at reach-in refrigerator on right side of bar as one would approach bar 37 deg. F. All other foods meant for service was in freezer. Dishwasher low-temp sanitizer strength was 50-150 ppm.
