The rinse temperature on both mechanical dish washers was less than 180 degrees F and they have been sanitizing the dish ware in a 50 ppm chlorine solution for at least one minute at a temperature of at least 75 degrees F. Had a brief conversation about stacking boxes in the Dry Storage Room. Visited the Employees Diining Room and talked briefly with the manager. Report e-mailed.
