Comments: Elm St. Church 401 Chestnut St. Oneonta, NY 13820. M-F with food service at noon. Soup was being actively hot held in oven at time of inspection; measured to be 173 degrees. Frozen chicken patties were placed on baking sheet (one patty thickness with no stacking) to be cooked at time of inspection. Probe thermometer was seen actively being used at time of inspection to temp incoming food; as well as food ready for service. Chicken patties were measured to be at 202 degrees at time of service. Refrigerator ambient temperature 40 degrees. Milk 40 degrees. Creamer in ice bath 42 degrees. Pineapple tidbits at 42 degrees. Bathroom maintained with hot water, flushing toilets, paper towels and soap. Education given on all deficiencies. All violations may be subject to enforcement.
