Ice cream drink mixes are no longer being used at this facility once the summer is over. The cooler where these mixes were stored has been repaired. All cleaning supplies, including bleach, are now stored on a shelf located above the drain board on the Mechanical Dish Washer. No food is stored below this shelf. |

No cockroaches seen at time of inspection. Discussed past issue with Robin and he states that they've been more actively engaged with Pestech and ensuring that the company is being thorough. Restaurant was also fumigated since last inspection. Gloves, probe thermometer available at time of inspection. Discussed use of raw meat boxes as storage for other items as inappropriate with cook. Owner stated that no hand wash sink is needed in pizza prep area because prep is mostly done near sink in dishwash area. He discussed it with someone. |
