Lena explained that though previous discussions/meetings with our office, since minimal food prep is done that an indirect drain on this sink is not required. To follow up. 2. Comments: Operator-Mark - became hostile and argumentative during the inspection when trying to discuss violations. Offered the operator the opportunity to come into the Gfdo office to discuss. To avoid confrontation with the hostile operator, exited the facility by the back door. Was unable to finish inspection and was unable to complete an exit interview with operator.
