Comments: Upon reinspection, can opener had dried on food debris, wiping cloths were not in sanitizer solution, oil was stored on the floor, a few items were uncovered including bbq sauce, liquid butter, and items in tne freezer, freezer in the back kitchen contained food debris, there was a pizza box taped to the back refrigerator to contain splatter, there was a frying pan hanging on a nail with a dirty floor brush, the floor in the walk in cooler was broken, the pop corn machine had caked on grease and dust, and the ice machine had black build up on the lid and interior. | ||
