Comments: Complaint investigation. Waitress station is 2nd “kitchen” complainant was talking about. Sandwich cooler is used for waitresses to make salads. Cover is on at all times unless employee is making something. There is a sign stating that patrons cannot walk through, but people do anyways while walking to the bathroom. Items were all good - they label/date items to use within proper time. They will be remodeling soon, and hopefully they can move waitress station so that it is “hidden” better so customers cannot pass through. Discussed booster seats issue as well although it is nothing we regulate. Booths were all clean and in good order as well.
