Repeat 12C--3-Bay sink drained onto floor of kitchen when worker opened the drain of the wash bay to empty and refresh the soap and water solution. 12E--Hand drying towels missing from dispenser in restroom. Napkins available, but not in a proper dispenser. 15A--Floor of walk-in cooler is rusting, not smooth and easily cleanable. 15A--Floor of office and dry storage area has worn away tiles showing bare concrete, not smooth and easily cleanable. 15B--Light in rear of kitchen is missing a light shield. |
