As required by Plan review officer Bonnie Sollog, A new Bradford White commercial water heater model number LG275H763N has been installed. this unit is capable of producing 74 gallons per hour at a 100ºF rise. This meets the requirements Ms. Sollog requested for the current configuration of the establishment. ============ Time was also spent answering questions concerning refrigeration issues.
