Comments: This inspection report also serves as documentation that all indirect drains are in. All corrections from previous inspections are done with the exception of the restroom upstairs is not done yet. Operator is waiting for warm weather to put vent through roof. Also floor by hot water heater not done yet. Has not submitted final Certificate of compliance for fire safety from Washington County Code Enforcement as yet for it will include the new restroom upstairs. Restroom upstairs in progress, however on hold due to the cold inclement weather. This is a permit condition that was due for 12/01/16. Operator is requesting an extension until may 1, 2017 and will submit a written request to this office in writing by end this week or February 10, th 2017.
