Inspection only for violation of permit condition, remainder of violations to be re-inpsected on later date. Inspection conducted found facility to have 19 seats and no alcohol. Operator was informed that, as per discussion at hearing earlier in day, a repeat of the violations may result in revocation of permit. Operator states that he is in the process of opening a wall in the facility to neighboring unit that will then provide a second bathroom. Operator was instructed to contact office once construction is complete to re-evaluate conditions of permit.
