Comments: Aside from the chicken riggies, all other temperatures measured were well within the NYS standard. The chemicals in violation were moved to their location from a safe location recently, and the owner was unaware that they were in violation. It may be beneficial to do some sort of outreach/ educational program, as there have been several establishments that have had similar issue recently.

Product stem food thermometer evaluated for accuracy. Discussed employee food consumption; food consumption shall occur in a designated location followed by a thorough hand washing. Colander utilized for food preparation as required. Self-closing fixture installed on bathroom door as required.
