Comments: Discussed cooling guidelines with operator at the conclusion of the inspection and provided temperature guideline fact sheet. Due to evidence of mice in the establishment, an appropriately licensed pest control operator must be obtained to inspect the premises/abate the problem. Pest control efforts must begin within 30 days and continue until the problem is resolved. Copies of pest control reports must be provided to the Health Department following each visit for documentation. The matter will be considered closed once a pest control report indicating no rodent activity is received.

Not cited as a violation since carpets were clean and free of debis. However, they should be replaced with non-absorbent kitchen mats.
