Comments: According to Eric Kwan(Accountant) restaurant is currently closed, open date not yet determined. Picked up signed waiver and money order for case # PHP-7446-18-MK-KAA2-FSE, no need to show up for 5/10/18 Administrative hearing as case is resolved. Also gave Eric Kwan inquest letters for case numbers, OEHRC-160-17-PBS and OEHRC-161-17-PBS, an appearance is required for 5/9/18 Administrative hearing. According to Eric Kwan, restaurant has been closed for a couple of months, inspection reveals several red critical and blue violations. Re-inspection required prior to re-opening. Call inspector at 914-224-9864 to schedule a re-opening re-inspection. FSE is currently in process of transfer of ownership according to current operator, dropped off FSE original application and my business card for new owner to reach me to discuss
