Facility does not have an approved process review for reduced oxygen packaging from an approved processing authority. Staff cut open the vacuum sealed bags and removed the vacuum sealer from the establishment prior to the end of the inspection. Provided education. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 11/11/14.
