Inspector deemed it less than 2 hours that product was out of refridgerator and will allow to re-cool down to 45dF-corrected. 8A- Food product found stored on milk/pop crates in cooler and kegs stored directly on floor. Storage throughout kitchen also found to be on pop/milk crates. 8B- Knives on prep table stored in bucket of sanitizer. 11A- Absorbant sponges used at kitchen 3-bay sink as well as bar 3-bay sink. Must be food grade quality. 12D- Receptacle with lid is not present in unisex bathroom in kitchen. 15A- Debris on dry storage floor. 16- CPR kit and choking poster not publicly displayed.
