Comments: No violations observed during time of inspection. Observed facility's accurate probe thermometer. Observed facility's temperature logbook with temperatures taken of time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food items including pork at 182F, cooked green beans at 151F, cooked pasta at 176F, and milk in an individual carton at 32F. Temperatures of food were taken at time of arrival of food and ~15 minutes prior to start of inspection. Sanitarian observed TCS items at temperatures of 160F for the pork, 141F for the cooked green beans, 149F for the cooked pasta, and 33F for the carton of milk. Observed hot running water, soap, and paper towels at hand washing sink in kitchen. Discussed proper hand washing and glove use.
