Comments: Comments only: 1. Using a metal stem probe thermometer, temperatures of food located inside the three door pizza cooler ranged from 44 to 46 degrees F. Informed Katie to monitor this cooler closely and if food temperatures get over 45 degrees F, then all food that requires refrigeration must be immediately moved into a proper functioning cooler. 2. According to Administrative Tribunal Docket #20140274, all staff directly involved in food preparation must take food service training which is acceptable to the Glens Falls District Office. Manager, Katie Walsh, showed me documentation that she took the course on 2/16/15. I informed Katie that a copy of the course completion certificate must be submitted to the Glens Falls District Office no later than 5/15/15. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 5/31/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to [email protected] addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 5/31/15.
