According to Administrative Tribunal Docket #20140274, all staff directly involved in food preparation must take food service training which is acceptable to the Glens Falls District Office. Manager, Katie Walsh, showed me documentation that she took the course on 2/16/15. I informed Katie that a copy of the course completion certificate must be submitted to the Glens Falls District Office no later than 5/15/15. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 5/31/15.
