Facility also uses plastic portion cups to scoop items for the refrigerated prep tables - scoops with handles are the preferred method however staff all wear gloves when working at these stations. Frequency of glove changes and hand-washing reviewed with the manager. Also discussed with the manager the frequency and method/location of washing and sanitizing the coffee utensils and steaming carafes at the coffee station.
