The following temperatures were measured (degrees F): Prep Line - Diced Tomatoes - 42.7; Walk-In Cooler - Sliced American Cheese - 41.4; Hamburger Cooking On Grill - 179.2; Hot Holding - Breaded Chicken Pattie - 198.8, Grilled Chicken Breast - 162.4; Chili - 146.7. The Fire Suppression System was Inspected in September 2015. Report e-mailed.
